October’s employee spotlight focuses on Sales & Leasing Consultant, Matt Porter! Matt has only worked for the company for two months, but he tells us he’s lived in Vermont for 25 years. He tells us that his dream vehicles are the Chevy Silverado Trailboss and a BMW M3, and during his free time, you can find him hunting, fishing, or training his yellow lab! He also considers himself an avid hiker and traveler. His favorite book is “Grit” by Angela Duckworth, and he loves “Breaking Bad.” When asked what his goals in life are, he says, “I’m currently working hard and saving up for my first house.” We asked Matt to summarize himself, and he states “I grew up in Burlington, VT, played hockey all my life, and family really important to me!” Matt says he loves working at Handy’s! He says “The staff and people I work if is like one big family. I am so thankful to work here. I noticed from the very start how well Handy’s treats their customers and employees. It all great!”
